By downloading, browsing, accessing or using this mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions of use, you must immediately stop accessing the mobile application and stop using the services provided on the mobile application. Continued use of the mobile application will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions of use, which may be amended from time to time.

In these Terms and Conditions of Use, the following capitalized terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires: "Account" means the account created by the User on the Mobile Application during the registration process. "Merchant" means any entity whose products or samples may be purchased and/or redeemed (as the case may be) through the Mobile Application. "Registration" means the creation of an account on the Mobile Application, and "Registration" means the act of creating such an account. "Services" refers to all the services provided by China Entertainment Co., Ltd. to users through mobile applications, and "services" refer to any of them, "User" means the user of the Mobile Application, including you, and "User" means any one of them.

3.1 APPLICABILITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Use of any Service and/or Mobile Application and any redemption made are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

3.2 Location: The Mobile Application, Services and any redemptions are only available to users who are accessing the Mobile Application.

3.3 Scope: The mobile application, services and any redemption are for your non-commercial, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

3.4 Block Use: We reserve the right to block your use of the Mobile Apps and Services (or any part thereof) and to prevent you from making any redemptions.

3.5 Devices and Networks: The provision of services and mobile applications does not include the provision of mobile phones or handheld devices or other necessary devices to access the mobile applications or services or to make any redemption. To use the mobile application or service or to redeem, you need an internet connection and an appropriate telecommunication link. You acknowledge that the terms of the agreement with your respective mobile network provider ("Mobile Provider") will continue to apply when using the Mobile Application. As such, your mobile provider may charge you for accessing network connectivity services or any such third-party fees that may arise during your visit to the mobile application. You are responsible for any such charges that arise.

3.6 Permission to use the Mobile Application: If you are not the bill payer of the mobile phone or handheld device used to access the Mobile Application, you will be deemed to have obtained the Bill Payer's permission to use the Mobile Application.

3.7 Permission to Use Material: By submitting any text or image, including photographs, through the Application ("Material"), you represent that you are the owner of the Material or have obtained the appropriate authorization from the owner of the Material to use, reproduce and distribute it. You hereby grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the material to promote any product or service worldwide.

4.1 Registration Required: You must be registered to redeem from the Mobile App.

4.2 Application of these Terms and Conditions of Use: By making any redemption, you acknowledge that the redemption is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

4.3 Redemption: Any redemption attempt that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use may be rejected or deemed invalid by us or the relevant merchant at its discretion.

4.5 Restrictions: (a) Reproduction, sale, resale or trade in any product or sample or exchanged product is prohibited. (b) If any product or sample is redeemed for less than its face value, no credit, cash or sample shall be entitled to the difference between face value and the exchanged amount. (c) Redemption of products or samples is subject to the relevant merchant's stock availability.

If you turn on location services on your mobile phone or other handheld device (as the case may be), you agree to receive pre-programmed notifications ("Location Alerts") from merchants on the mobile application.

6.1 Merchant Terms: You agree (and shall) abide by the relevant Merchant's terms and conditions in connection with your redemption, which may be amended from time to time.

6.2 Accurate Information: You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and included in your account is true, complete and accurate, and you will promptly notify us of any changes to such information by updating the information in your account.

6.3 Content on Mobile Apps and Services: It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, samples or information offered through the Mobile Apps or Services meet your specific requirements prior to any redemption.

6.4 Prohibition in relation to the use of the Service or Mobile Application: without limitation, you undertake not to use or allow any other person to use the Service or Mobile Application:-

6.4.1 Send or receive any indecent or indecent material

6.4.2 send or receive any threatening, grossly offensive, indecent, obscene or threatening, blasphemous or defamatory to any person, contempt of court or breach of confidentiality, copyright, moral rights, publicity or privacy or any other third party rights;

6.4.5 In any way knowingly incite hatred against any racial, religious or any other minority group or knowingly to adversely affect any individual, group or entity; or

6.5 Prohibition in relation to the use of the Services, Mobile Applications: but not limited to, you further undertake not to or allow any other person to:-

6.5.1 provide false data, including false names, addresses and contact details, and fraudulently use credit/debit card numbers;

6.5.2 Attempt to circumvent our security or network, including accessing data that is not appropriate for you, logging into servers or accounts you have not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of others

7.1 We will use reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as we receive notice. However, we do not warrant that the Service or the Mobile Application will be free of faults and we shall not be liable for any such faults, errors or omissions. In the event of any such errors, failures or omissions, you may contact us.

7.2 We do not warrant that your use of the Services or Mobile Applications will be uninterrupted, and we do not warrant that any information (or messages) transmitted through the Services or Mobile Applications will be accurate, reliable, timely or not at all. Although we will attempt to allow uninterrupted access to the Services and Mobile Applications, access to the Services and Mobile Applications may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

8.1 If you use (or use by anyone other than you, with your permission) the Mobile Application, any Services that violate these Terms and Conditions of Use, we may suspend your use of the Services and/or Mobile Application.

8.2 If we suspend the service or mobile application, we may refuse to resume the service or mobile application for your use until we have received your assurance in a form we deem acceptable that there will be no further breach of these terms and conditions of use .

8.3 Your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use;

8.3.1 We have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have, may or will breach these Terms and Conditions of Use; or that we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you may have or are committing any fraud against us or anyone else.

9.1 The mobile application, services, information on the mobile application and use of all related facilities are provided on an "as is, as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all representations and warranties relating to the Mobile Application and its contents, including any inaccuracies or omissions in the Mobile Application, warranties of merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose , course of dealing or trade practice of accuracy, availability, non-infringement or implied warranties.

9.3 While we may use reasonable endeavours to include accurate and up-to-date information in the Mobile Application, we make no warranty or representation as to its accuracy, timeliness or completeness.

For (a) your use of the Services, (b) any other party using the Services using your User ID, Verification PIN and/or any identifier number assigned by SingPost Limited, and/or (c) your breach of any of these Terms Conditions of Use and payment of losses, expenses and interest to us in connection therewith and such claims, suits, suits or actions.

11.1 All editorial content, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, as well as names, logos and trademarks on the Mobile Application are protected by copyright and/or other laws and/or international treaties and belong to us and/or or our suppliers, as the case may be. 12.1 We may periodically change the content of the Mobile Application, including the descriptions and prices of the advertised goods and services, without prior notice. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of the mobile application.

12.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions of use from time to time without notice. The revised terms and conditions of use will be posted on the mobile application and will be effective from the date of posting. You are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically as they are binding on you.

13.1 The Mobile Application may be accessed from all countries around the world where local technology allows. As each place has different laws, by accessing the mobile application, all matters related to the use of the mobile application will be applied.

13.2 You accept and agree that any dispute arising out of and/or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
